In August 2018, Holtrans implemented the WMS Magaya system to improve the control of its logistic storage and distribution operations. BPA provided us advisory and training during the whole time of the implementation of the new system and was a main part of the success in changing to the new system.

With the help of BPA, we were able to have a successful system implementation, since our processes were redesigned to get the most out of the system. Reduction of personnel, cost optimization, greater efficiency in the closing of sales proposals, effective follow-up to vendors and reduction in average days of collections were some of the issues that we were positively impacted thanks to the advisory and team work that was made with each member of our organization. Thanks to BPA, nowadays I feel very safe where my company is going.
